    WARNING: Accessing this document acknowledges TerraCore Technologies, Inc.'s telemetry routing policies.

    1. Data Ownership & Licensing: The capturing entity retains intellectual property ownership of raw geospatial data. However, by deploying TerraCore, the entity grants TerraCore Technologies, Inc. a perpetual, anonymized license to process this telemetry for CoreML model training, algorithmic meshing improvements, and aggregate infrastructure analytics.

    2. Biometric Enclave: Operator FaceID and TouchID credentials used to log assets are isolated within the Apple hardware Secure Enclave. Biometric parameters are never transmitted to TerraCore servers.

    3. AWS GovCloud Routing: Subsurface intelligence data is routed exclusively through SOC 2 Type II compliant AWS servers. No multi-tenant data bleed is permitted.

    4. Node-to-Node Telemetry: The P2P "Hive Mind" mesh network utilizes encrypted Apple Multipeer Connectivity. TerraCore cannot intercept offline field communications.

    Enterprise Terms of Service & Liability Parameters

    1. Data Immutability: All geospatial logs committed via the M5 Agentic Copilot are final. Hashes written to the AWS Managed Ledger cannot be altered or retroactively deleted by municipal or private entities.

    2. Exca-Lock Disclaimer: The Exca-Lock telemetry protocol is an assistive safety mechanism. TerraCore Technologies, Inc. assumes no liability for utility strikes, machine damage, or injuries caused by hardware bypasses, signal drops, or operator error.

    3. SaaS Licensing: The $2,500/month Enterprise Telemetry License is billed per provisioned physical terminal. Unauthorized emulation of the iOS environment to bypass hardware provisioning will result in immediate API revocation.

    4. ASCE 38-22 Compliance: While TerraCore generates QL-A compliant data, the final certification of subsurface engineering documents must be authorized by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in your operating state.
